From the numerous contraptions we use in daily lives to the sophisticated instruments scientists make use of to investigate the fundamentals of nature, we humans are utilizing math and science. Perhaps the most important reason why we give such resolute credence to math and science is because they are based upon the seemingly unassailable human cognitive ability - reasoning.
