... Is there a significant difference between the elasticity of veins and the elasticity of arteries? Here is the raw data which I have collected through the experiments that occurred:- Change in Diameter after mass added Arteries (cm +/- 0.05) Veins (cm +/- 0.05) Trial 1 0.1 0.3 Trial 2 0.1 0.3 Trial 3 0 0.5 Trial 4 0 1 Trial 5 0.3 0.7 Trial 6 0.3 0.3 Trial 7 0.5 1 Trial 8 0.4 0.6 Trial 9 0.2 0.2 Trial 10 0.2 0.4 Trial 11 0.1 0.3 Trial 12 0.4 1 Before I continue to process my data further, I would first like to consider the uncertainties/ anomalies that could possibly be affecting my data. Firstly, the way in which the arteries and veins were measured, with a (cm) metric ruler, could be inaccurate in terms of my recording the reading on the ruler. Furthermore, the table on which I placed the arteries and veins when I measured them could affect my accuracy in reading my reading. Also, the manner in which the veins and arteries were cut to be used as samples could be considered an anomaly, as different people
