Voodoo Hosiery Men are in control, men mostly drive, are paid higher wages; hold higher positions of power in companies. They are physically stronger and bigger than women, but does this necessarily mean they are better? Advertisements, life, working situations, where men are in positions of power, with women in a position of subordination, either through outright sexual power, physical power or mental power. Women are forced to see this as the normal. Advertisements play a large part in everyone's lives, they decide what is the latest fashion, the newest make-up, fragrances, and the list goes on. People listen to advertisements for many reasons, but the common outcome is still that the raunchier the advertisement, the more it sells.
