Chris Vincent July 26, 2001 Final Essay: Q. 3 Individualism has been involved in our society for a very long time. It manifests itself in a variety of ways, but is always very apparent. Everyone wants to be the best, not just to be different, to be unique, to be themselves. Sometimes, they are different enough that they are alone. Sometimes, they just have a select group. Sometimes, they just stand out. Such is the case with Geeks, Hackers, and Snow Crash.
