How far do we go to look good? The answer is too far! Dieting, plastic surgery and paper thin models, all of which are thrust in out faces by the media everyday. Just what is the perfect body? Does it desire a tall structure, with a waist you could wrap your hands around? Or are the population of young women being forced to become a colony of Barbie dolls? Dieting is becomes increasingly unhealthy, and more like a form of intense rationing, rather than a better way to look good. So instead of allowing ourselves not to eat anything, why can't we just enjoy our meals and some energetic exercise alike? Girls as young as 7 and 8 are influenced by games like dressing up or experimenting with their mothers make-up, to attempt achieving what society states as being beautiful.
