= Daily Journal = Ayano Ito August 28, 2003 When exchanging our opinions about several features of the best or the worst teachers we have met in school, I've found American students offering very similar kinds of opinions I myself had about some of teachers I was taught. To be fair to every student in class, to have profound knowledge of the subject, to encourage students learn more and so on were already listed on my self-assessment sheet. How can I be an effective teacher who can provide students with various ways of learning the subject with fun and excitement in the future?
