I have felt uncomfortable with that idea because I'm not sure that it really is what the Bible has in mind. And I've been uncomfortable myself because, to be honest with you, my life is not characterized by a romance with God. Maybe your life is not characterized by a romance with God either, and you just might be tempted to feel just a little bit guilty about that fact. Why am I not more in love with Jesus?
