Refer to two specific situations of conflict to illustrate your answer Two of the largest issues of conflict in today's world are those of war and discrimination. Throughout history these issues have caused conflict between nations, and in this essay I plan to discuss one element of each of these issues. One of the main types of discrimination today is that of racism. The Bible tells us a lot about this topic. The first is in Genesis 1:26, "Let us make human beings in our image and likeness." All of humanity owes its origin to God's creative act, and therefore any attempt to consider any group of people as below us is a form of blasphemy.
