Through celebrating Good Friday Christians today might find that they make more sacrifices for their loved ones and are a lot less selfish. This is because by learning about the sacrifice that Jesus made for them, Christians might try to incorporate this into their lives. For example a Christian might decline to help their loved ones out of a bad financial situation. However, due to them celebrating Good Friday they might help sacrifice some of their finances to help them. On the other hand by celebrating Good Friday some Christians might learn to appreciate the true meaning of life. The celebrations of this event will lead them to assess their attitudes towards life.
