Is abortion morally acceptable to Christians? Abortion is premature expulsion of the foetus from the womb, an operation will cause this (Oxford English dictionary). Moral decisions are made by Christians in many different ways. They believe in the Bible, and that it will give them a lot of answers, they may refer to verses like Psalms 139 13-16, which reads: 'For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb.
