B How do Christians respond to the question of abortion? In most circumstance's Christians believe abortion is wrong. These Christians are against abortion because of their different interpretations of many biblical teachings. Some Christians accept abortion because they interpret similar teachings differently and then can be applied in different ways to various situations. Many people believe that some Christians keep to some teachings and not others, therefore get a biased or misunderstood point of view from Gods messages. One response to abortion is a charity called 'The Well'. This is situated in the West Midlands, in Stourbridge on the High Street by McDonalds. It started twelve years ago in 1989. It is a counselling agency providing people help, to do with abortion. They aim to give advice to people about such things as contraceptives, Sexually Transmitted Diseases/Infections (STD/Is) and alternatives to abortion.
