People can now make choices regarding life and death. In the book of Jeremiah, we are told that God knew us from the moment of conception, not just from birth. To Christians, therefore, life is precious from this moment, and no later. For this reason, to kill an unborn child is gravely wrong. Because Christians acutely sense the wonder of human life, the most important of our rules is that all human life is sacred.
