Samantha Thomson RE Coursework-Decisions on life and living. Christians believe that they have a responsibility to care for the world, which God has created and all the people in it. Part of Christian responsibility is to care for everybody and not discriminate against people who are different, for whatever reason. If we look at a disabled person as an outcast how are we to know they aren't looking at us in the same way. Christians may not like everybody but are taught to love and care for everyone. 'Love thy neighbour as you love thyself'. This is saying that we should treat people how we would like to be treated, if we treat people with respect and dignity they will do the same to us. 'Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with thy whole heart and with thy whole soul and with thy whole mind.' This is saying that...
