AO1 Explain what a study of Marks Gospel can tell Christians about the nature of discipleship. The term disciple is given to a person that believes in a person and preaches the word of that person to others. Like a teacher teaching their pupils a task and they then go on and use the task later in their lives. A follower of Christ is also referred to as a Christian disciple who is a person who believes in the teachings of Jesus and tries to live their life according to his teachings.
