RS Coursework Describe the mass The church is a place that Catholics go. The Catholics are supposed to go to the Church everyday and you must go to the mass every Sunday. The mass is a way, which communicates between the followers and Jesus. Now I will introduce the mass: The Sunday mass is the most common mass that Catholics attended. In Sunday mass, we must have a priest to lead the mass. For the beginning, we sing an entrance Hymn to sing in praise of Jesus and welcome him. After that, we must make a sign of cross and have a greeting by the priest because they believe priests are the representatives of Jesus. Then we have the Penitential Rite, Penitential Rite means saying sorry to God. This process is to ask Jesus to forgive our sins.
