FOR * Religions are comforts for people. They make them feel secure, and there is no first hand proof everything you believe is true. It is very comforting for the individual to be right, and in this example in their belief, if they are nearer to the truth than other religions, or believe to be so, then they will feel more secure. * All religions lead to the same place, by different paths. They all end up at the same God. Many religions believe the same thing e.g. that there is a God watching down upon the earth, and are all similar. Therefore it is very difficult to define one "nearer to the truth than others" when they all believe...
