User Reviews of this Essay

What our users think of this essay:

"An impressive essay. The writer shows are awareness of the political gains that can be made from moving towards the centreground. The historical backdrop to the 13 year Tory reign is noted, importantly, as all issues can be seen against this. Not only does the writer address the policies favoured by the party as a contributing factor to their success, but also the failings of the opposition to provide a credible challenge. Acknowledgement of the various wings of each party as, in the Tories' case, a unifier, and, in Labour's case, a divider, is pleasing to see. The writer also manages to add a little about the 'cult of personality' growing in politics, which we are more than familiar with these days. TSR user: Edenr."
