What is causing these changes? There are several answers to these questions. Voting tends have evolved over the history of the United States. However, in the last several decades leading up to the 21st century voters have made drastic changes in their views of the political system, and their actions demonstrate this. However, the system has not changed with it. A time for change is now. There are steady trends in the decline of voter turn out across America.
