Britain has a constitutional monarchy. The 'constitutional monarchy' is in which the monarch acknowledges the rights of the legislature and the executive branch of government1, it also means that the monarch's power is largely exercised by the elected government2. In addition, the British constitution isn't set out in a single document. Instead it is made up of a combination of laws and conventions. In this article, one discussion of advantages and disadvantages of having a constitutional monarchy will be carried out. This discussion will be very important as it may change the British monarch's future and the British political situation. For example, the supporters of publican want to abolish the monarch and get an elected president for the public. In my own opinion, I recognize the advantages of the existence of the monarchy.
