Wire Investigation I am going to plan, do and then evaluate an investigation in order to find out what effects the amount of currant that can go through a wire. The aim of this investigation is to find out what effects the amount of currant that can travel through a length of wire. Two things could affect the amount of current travelling through the wire. Voltage will have an effect, as will resistance. The resistance of a wire can be affected by four variables, these are: * The length of the wire. * The thickness of the wire. * The temperature of the wire. * The type of metal the wire is. I intend to investigate the effect that the different lengths of wire will have. This is because I believe it will have the largest effect upon my results, therefore it will be easier to create a strong conclusion. My experiment will be a fair...
