Evaluation: As you can see I have again changed my exercises, I will persist to do this throughout my P.E.P to ensure variation to a gradual improvement that will improve my muscular strength and my rounders game play.

Warm up: My warm up will usually consist of a five minute period on the running machine as well as a variety of stretches. I have chosen the running machine as it is the most obvious choice because it stretches and exercises the most muscles in the body. I will be working at level nine, I decided this as it is a relatively quick speed that will increase my heart rate effectively, this will prepare me for the rest of the session. Activities Time Intensity Distance Weight Shoulder Pull Down 8x2 35kg each side Leg Press 15x2 35kg Shoulder Press 8x2 20kg each side Bicep Curl 10x2 15kg Rowing Machine 5mins Cool Down: To cool down I will start by going on the cycling machine for five minutes and then continue by stretching off.
