My name is Tamika Smith, I am currently 14 years of age. My fitness and health levels are very good. I would like to get fitter because: So I will be able to decrease my time in sprinting. So I can be able to complete my physical demands and so my physical appearance can be better. Because I want to be a successful basketball player and a 100 and 200 meter sprinter. The targets that I will like to set are; to increase my level of fitness, to lose weight and to do a full game of basketball. Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Fitness is the ability to meet the demands of the environment.
