The Multistage Fitness Test The multistage fitness (bleep) test is an endurance test to see our stamina levels and it measures our aerobic capacity. It is used in a number of sports training exercises to test their players fitness levels. The test consists of 20 metre shuttle runs, from one end of the hall to the other. This is run is in time to the bleeps on a tape/CD. A reason this test is hard is the fact that after every minute the time between the bleeps gets shorter, meaning that the runner needs to speed up to reach to 20 metre mark before it bleeps. These are some professional bleep test results.
