Summative Assignment- Netball 1. Bounce Pass: This is when the player with possession of the ball places one foot in front of the other about 3 feet apart, and bends down to a lunge. Using their outside arm, the ball is thrown, bouncing at about two thirds of the way towards their target. This pass is often used in the goal circle by a centre or wing attack on the circle. Lob: This pass is used when a player wishes to get the ball to a team member, up and over any obstacles in the path of the intended throw. The player receiving the ball stands on their player (behind them), raises their arm to inform the player with possession of the ball that they are ready to take the pass.
