Warm up and warm down programmes Introduction During my personal exercise I hope to improve my general fitness and health so that I am benefited in all of the sports that I do. I will refer pacifically to my main sports, football, skiing and tennis, and with more depth for football (as it is my focal and most important sport. This is a very wide area to work on and so I shall focus on improving on the aspects of fitness and health in these sports, for some of them it is most of fitness and health.
