I took part in circuit training to improve my fitness. Circuit training is training at different stations, where you do different exercises for a certain amount of time, continuous without stopping. In the circuit training we did shuttle run, sit-up, press-ups, wall bar climb, bench lift, bench step-ups, bench astride jumps, squat thrusts, medicine ball, bean dips and sergeant jump. We did six sessions in six weeks. In the continuous training we did two half-mile road runs. We did 3 sessions in every two weeks and in six weeks we finished the training. There were eleven stations organised around the gyms. We went around the gym until we finished the training. Every person worked in a station for one minute.
