Health issues At the moment I am healthy but I am sometimes affected by asthma. This could restrict my performance and stop me from performing to my best standards. Normal weekly exercise Football training: 3 times a week. Basketball training: twice a week. The term 'circuit training' means - performing a variety of exercises in different areas or stations.
