Introduction As part of my PE GCSE course, I have to design and put into action a fitness training circuit. The circuit that will be performed will have different exercises all related to the one sport that I have chosen. The circuit will be done over a five week period and I will be recording all of the results and then will be commenting on any difficulties that my partner has come across. I have chosen to do my circuit training on cricket. I have chosen cricket for a number of different reasons. I enjoy playing cricket and have a natural interest for this sport. I have been playing cricket for quite a long time and feel very comfortable with all aspects of the sport, which I think will help me to train my partner well.
