Circuit and Running Training Methods Circuit training is a very good way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. Circuit training is you have a number of exercises and you complete them one after another. Each exercise is performed for a specific number of repetitions or for a certain amount of time before moving on to the next exercise. Between each of the exercises is a short timed rest interval, and each circuit is separated by an even longer rest period. The number of circuits done in a session is different depending on the level of fitness and the training objective that you have.
