Marty and Rev. Leroy A. Mitchell, narrators This piece consists of nine sections; the introduction, the seven pieces representing the key phrases, and the conclusion. Between sections, there was a verbal introduction by one of the narrators. This piece was performed right before Easter in memorial of Holy Week, for obvious reasons. The introduction was written as maestoso ed adagio, but most notably had a basso continuo and my notes were sketchy as to any of the other particulars. It was the easiest part to forget unfortunately. The first sentence, "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do," was played in four-four time and toyed with two alternating violin melodies.
