Identify Stage Statement of the problem I have been approached by the Pastor of a local Christian fellowship to help design a newsletter that could be used by both the members of the fellowship and by churches further a field. There is a need to keep the church members up to date with what is happening in the Christian arena both locally and worldwide. Currently information about times of services and midweek meetings are given out from the front every Sunday. The Pastor(s) and/or Church Administrator are reliant on obtaining leaflets advertising meetings and events outside of the fellowship to keep church members informed. Sometimes the wrong times and dates might be given out for a particular event meaning that the attendance might be poor. Members might forget about a meeting that is extremely important i.e. Business Meeting. The Pastor(s) and/or Church Administrator might write down information incorrectly and therefore be unable to pass it...
