English Coursework Jenni Joyce The first thing that I notice in this advert is the picture at the top. The picture is of a necklace with some tweezers attached to it. There is a bold title ' its what all the girls are wearing these days'. The font is effective it has been elongated and gives a sinister effect, it makes you realise that it is a cliché and it is not a true fashion statement. The title has a deliberate association with fashion so other readers may be more intrigued. The picture is very effective. The use of the tweezers tends to unnerve the reader. They take up a huge amount of the picture. The use of colour is good, the black and white make it bolder. The image and the headline work together to create an image of what is to come will not be nice in the reader's...
