Brief A campaign for the social acceptance of the disabled The idea of my media text is a campaign, which in some ways promotes the social acceptance of people, which have physical; and mental disabilities. The aim of the campaign will be to increase the public awareness of disabilities and how people can assist the disabled in a subtle way without causing them to lose their dignity. It will hopefully be a very strong and reasonably hard-hitting campaign, and will get people who see it to think about the issues it raises. In this campaign I hope to use a wide range of media texts such as: Posters Broadsheet paper adverts Television Flyers Big Issue MacDonald's mats. I have chosen these media texts because I believe it is in these texts that the range of audience I am hoping to reach will get to see them.
