Aim: To research in detail and find out about Pythagorean Triples and to find relationships between different formulas and a relationship between the area and perimeter of a triangle. A Pythagorean triple is the set of three whole numbers, which work in Pythagoras' theorem. The most original of Pythagorean triples is 3, 4, and 5, which is used as a pointer for all Pythagorean triples situations. The Pythagorean triple 3, 4, 5, works because: 3² + 4² = 5² 3² = 3 x 3 = 9 4² = 4 x 4 = 16 5² = 5 x 5 = 25 And so: 3² + 4² = 9 + 16 = 25 = 5² To make sure that a triple works you use the conditions: (smallest letter)² + (middle number)² = (largest number)². To be certain that this theory works for more Pythagorean triple, I will test two more triples: 5, 12, 13 5² + 12²...
