... Input report While creating the database that stored the information of the passengers and flight details, I had to be extra careful of what I typed. Any wrong information could lead to big problems for not only the passenger but for the airline's reputation. If the passenger missed its flight because of the wrong input information, the passenger could claim compensation, spread bad rumours about the airline or worse, sue the airline costing it a lot of money. The printer's advantages were that it allowed me to make a permanent copy of my work on paper. It made my work look really neat and presentable and it was produced my work efficiently and of a high quality. The disadvantages were that the queue of work that was sent to the printer sometimes crashed the printers system, causing me to waste printer credits and time.
