He addresses a lot of issues in this song; the main issues are violence and racism. Tupac didnТt have a violent background, but he is black and has dealt with racism his whole life. This song is a very good picture of racism and gives good examples of what really goes on from a different point of view. I think Tupac has a unique point-of-view towards racism. He starts out with a lyric that says because he is black he lacks motivation to do something good with his life. He had no money to eat, so he had to find "a purse to snatch." The issue of hate crimes is addressed in Tupac's statement, УCops give a damn about a Negro? Pull the trigger, kill, he's a hero.Ф In that line, he is saying that when police kill black...
