What affects how high a ball will bounce? Introduction This is our investigation and we will be seeing what affects the height that a golf ball will bounce when it is dropped from a certain height. Aim The aim is to note what affects how high a ball will bounce. I will drop a golf ball from a height of 1.5 meter. I will do the same at different heights, going up each time. Equipment In my investigation I will be using: A normal sized Golf Ball A Tape Measure A pen, pencil and ruler Risk Assessment When planning my investigation and deciding what I was going to test in the experiment I found 1 risks which was the ball bouncing off an un even surface and flying into a window, but if I was using other implements like a Bunsen burner to test the temperature I would have needed to have worn safety wear such as goggles.
