Is there a correlation between a person's height and weight? Aim My aim is to investigate in to the correlation between a person's weight and their height. The reason I wish to investigate height and weight is because this can help the cloths industry to find out the different size clothing that they would produce or order otherwise could result in excess supply. Basically the results from this investigation in to the correlation between a person's weight and their height can be used to justify what size clothing would be best for sale at the store to increase sales, hence market share. Data Collection The method that was used to collect this data, which is illustrated on the next page, was by using a systematic sampling method.
