Guestimate I am doing an investigation to find out if either males or females are better at guestimates. I have been given a data sheet showing 253 males and females aged 9 to 85 and their guestimates of the line and the angle. I predict that males guestimates are more accurate than females because males are more practical and more mechanically minded than females. I will choose 30 males and 30 females to eliminate bias and this will not be too many for me to handle. I will only use people aged 12 - 65 because I don't think those under 12 will understand as much, and those over 65 may not give a valid guestimate.
