Aim I aim to find out if there is a link between the height and weight of children. I also aim to find if boys are heavier than girls on average, or even the other way around. I would also like to find out if the same applies with their heights as well. If there were differences in height and weight for boys and girls then I would like to find out if the differences change over the different year groups. For example, the girls may weigh more than the boys (on average) in year 7, but when you look at year 11 the boys become the heavier. (NB. The above statement was used just as an example to help explain a point, and was not based on any facts) Hypothesis I will find the answer to my questions by looking at the height and weight of the students attending Mayfield High School....
