Introduction In this course work, I am using data to prove or disprove three hypotheses. I have not collected this data by questionnaire, it is secondary data obtained from the Edexcel website about Mayfield High. There may be some anomalies as it is secondary data but trying to obtain primary data through questionnaires would have been time consuming to do and also the primary data would have to be sorted out. In this coursework I am investigating to find the average student through a number of hypotheses. I took samples of 50 pupils because it would be small enough to be manageable yet large enough to give a good representation of the population. I am going to prove my hypotheses using certain calculations pertaining to that sort of data and diagrams. Then I will analyse and draw a conclusion from the results. I have used different samples for each hypothesis....
