My plan For this piece of coursework, I intend to use a sample of 100 words from two different articles, but on the same topic. I will be using one newspaper article (Daily Mail), and one magazine article (OK! mag). Each article has a different target audience and presents its data in a different way. The results that I will be collecting will hopeful prove that my hypothesis is correct. It should hopefully show that newspapers use longer words than magazines do. Once I have my sample of 100 words, I will put them into a tally results table and then represent my data in a bar-line and frequency graphs.
