"This is very poor indeed. I have to draw my own grid? You're the one being judged here, you're the one that's meant to make the effort. No, that's simply unacceptable. Indeed, because you haven't any diagrams, this is dead in the water as I honestly can't follow what you're doing. From what I can tell, however, you don't really come up with a general equation for any size grid, and there's no mention of vector translations or rotations.
