I didn't know what was going on. All of a sudden there was this terribly loud knocking on the door. Willy didn't seem to think anything of it, but people don't just come knocking at your door in the middle of the night. I mean, what if there really had been a fire in the hotel? If I had known who it was I wouldn't have said a word, but I had no idea. It was so late and we had both had a couple of drinks. How was I to know his son would show up hundreds of miles away from home? Before I knew it I was stuck in the bathroom. He told me to stay there...but when they started talking I got curious. I wanted to come out! What really did it was his impression, that lisp was so funny! I would have kept quiet...
