Coursework B: A controversial Issue There is a Bill which is currently going through parliament which aims to tighten the laws concerning the age of consent. The new law will make all forms of sexual behaviour (sexual hugging, sexual kissing and sexual touching) illegal for under sixteen's. This new law is part of a government review on all laws related to sexual crime. The subject in question is controversial because people have different views on it: government believes that the new law is right and the teenage population of Britain and many others believe the new law is unworkable ad pathetic. The first source I have is a source from Her Majesty's Stationary Office official website.
