Well there are many reasons to this; many of them will be explained within this guide to being a doctor. How to Become a Doctor To become a doctor you need permission to practice from the medical council of your country. To do this you will have to have spent a certain number of years in study. After this study at what is called a medical school people who wish to become a medical doctor will then experience supervised practice at a recognized institution.
