User Guide for Customer Database Go to the customer database start up page. Click on frm_members to view customer details. Underneath the customer details are the command buttons. These allow you to do various tasks. To add a new customer record, click on the pencil icon and an empty form will appear ready for you to complete. To delete a record, click on the dustbin icon and that customers details will be deleted. By clicking on the binoculars icon the system allows you to search for a particular word. For example if you know that the customer lives in Cowley, type 'Cowley' into the 'find word' field and this should bring up all the customers who live in Cowley. When the query icon is clicked, the parameter value box appears. By entering a date in this box, you can search for late direct debit payers. For example by entering 02/02/07, all...
