... Task 1 - Accounts solution. Design For this task I will produce an updated version of the 1999 and the 2000 accounts. I will also produce my solution for the accounts system. The accounts show how much money the club has spent and received in one year. This task involves using numbers and calculations therefore I will choose to complete this task using a spreadsheet. There are 2 software programs which can be used to complete this task. These are - Microsoft works - Microsoft excel To complete this task I must consider if the program that I choose can successfully achieve the following points: Performance Criteria - Accounts are accurate and provide updates when required - Show the total expenditure for each month - Show the total income for each month - Overspend or underspend is carried forward each month - Show the yearly total for each item - Uses the same headings for the 1999 accounts - Accounts are updated
