In this manual we will look at three of the main components of the database. TABLES = Data is stored in a Table or Data sheet. A Record contains information about a single item in the Table, these are displayed as rows. A Field is a piece of data within a specific record, these are displayed as columns QUERIES = To search and sort specific records within your Table. When you run a Query your results are displayed in a Table. REPORTS = For presenting the processed data on paper. Using Reports you can neatly print data from Tables or Queries.
