The purpose of my database is for a specialist catering service. They have small list of clients and the database offers them a choice of ten fixed menus for functions. The database allows them to sort through a wide range of information such as Food types, and booking times etc .My database will store information of my clients for example: It will have their address, age gender etc. The user will be able to use query and a more complex query, this means that the user can search for any information within the whole database, this is important because if a client wants to book on 25th Feb, the user can use the query to search for "Bookings" on 24 Feb, if there is no results that means that that day is free and a client can book for that day.
